BCC Software Announces New Training Schedule for 2010

Additional monthly and regional classes added to increase availability and convenience

Rochester, NY — BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and the leading developer of high-performance solutions for professional mailers, has announced the 2010 Classroom Workshop Training Schedule for Mail Manager™ software. The schedule has been posted at www.bccsoftware.com/Support/ClassroomTraining.aspx, and in the customer-exclusive BCC Customer Portal.

Among the changes for 2010 are increased frequency of Classroom Workshops held at BCC's Rochester, NY, headquarters—at least one per month—to make it easier for mailers to get training at their convenience. Classes held in Rochester are offered at a reduced rate compared to other locations around the country: Additional 2010 locations include Orlando (Standard Training Feb. 16-18; Power Training Dec. 7-9), Las Vegas (Power Training March 23-25; Standard Training Oct. 12-14) and Chicago (Power Training July 13-15).

Classroom Workshops, are conducted by BCC's most senior technical experts, and are an ideal method for new software users to transition to BCC's flagship solution or for veteran Mail Manager operators to sharpen their skills. No matter their levels of expertise, attendees at BCC's Classroom Workshops receive in-depth instruction that can boost their productivity.

Standard Workshops offer an invaluable introduction to postal terms and the essentials of software operation, while Mail Manager veterans will find value in an Advanced Workshop that builds on the Standard Workshop foundation. Power Workshops combine Standard and Advanced training into a comprehensive three-day learning experience, offering the most education in the least time, to quickly boost your mailing efficiency.

"We're pleased to be able to offer more training opportunities to our customers in several locations and at times that can accommodate their schedules," said Senior Vice President Jim Mann. "Mail Manager is a very intuitive software on its own, but our Classroom Workshops enhance the product's functionality by jump-starting the transition for new operators and helping veteran users truly maximize the potential of this powerful resource."

In addition to these regional Classroom Workshops, BCC also offers on-site consulting and customizable instruction packages through the Professional Services program. For more information about any of these offerings, call (800) 453-3130.
