2006 Customer Survey Re-Confirms BCC Provides Extraordinary Support

From its inception, BCC has operated under a mandate to provide supperior customer service. It’s not enough to know from past surveys that we provide superior customer service, we continue to measure customer satisfaction and ensure it stays that way.

Results of our recent 2006 customer satisfaction survey suggest that we continue to meet and compare favorably to companies in this, or any other industry. Customer satisfaction surveys of 2004 and 2006 tell us 98% of our customers are either "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with our customer service. As one customer commented on their survey:

"BCC CS team is absolutely fantastic – no matter whom you speak with. I appreciate the way they courteously & promptly answer the questions & stick with you till the problem is resolved. Over all, you are doing a 4+ job."

Even further, 99.1% of respondents said they would recommend BCC Software to others. Even with these great results, we consider our mandate not met until each and every customer is very satisfied. We stand by our mission of how can I help?
