Minimum Hardware Requirements
To attend fully interactive meetings using Training Manager for Windows:
- Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP
- Intel Pentium, 166 MHz
- 32 MB RAM
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4, 5, 6, or Netscape Communicator 4
- JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser
- 56K or faster Internet connection
To Register
BCC's Express Learning Sessions are hosted through Webex web and telephone
conferencing services. To register, click

and find the session through searching by title or week / month.
Once you’ve found the class you’re looking
for, click Register.
To join an Express Learning Session that’s
about to begin, click here
and select the Join Now meeting icon located next
to the desired session.
To hear the audio portion of the session, you will be instructed
to call a phone conferencing number, and enter the session
number and participant ID (provided when you click Join
Now).
Please Note: Live text-based ELS training is available for hearing-impaired
persons upon request.
