Because Periodicals rates are partially based on destination, documentation accompany­ing a Periodicals mailing must include a listing, by entry point, of the number of copies mailed to each Zone. The Periodical feature in Mail Manager 2010 (optional for Mail Manager 2010 LE) includes Periodicals Zone tables for all ZIP Codes, calculated from the Origin ZIP Code entered on the Mailing Presort Information window.

For each mailstream, the Zone Distribution Report generates Out-of-County and In-County 3-Digit ZIP Code distributions, listing the zone and number of copies. Also included is a distribution containing destination delivery unit (DDU), sectional center facility, area distribution center, Zone 1-8, In-County DDU (ICD), and In-County categories.
