The USPS Qualification Report must be created for any First-Class, Stan­dard, or Periodical mailing, and retained for one year. It contains information about the class of mail, rates claimed and number and content of all trays/sacks created, plus a summary report with the total number of pieces mailed at each rate.

Prior to printing the USPS Qualification Report, you must perform a presort.
