Postage Statements, also known as PS Forms, can be printed from different commands within Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE. PS forms can be printed using graphics (high-quality) or text (high-speed).

As part of the presort mailing process, a postage statement may be printed with the USPS Qualification Report from the Presort Summary Printing Menu. The postage statement choices available under this option are based on the type of presort performed. The information contained on Postage Statements that are printed using this method reflects the results of the presort.

Postage statements can also be printed from the main toolbar of Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE. All information must be entered manually when using this method.
