Mail Manager 2010 allows for Sectional Center Facility (SCF), Bulk Mailing Center (BMC), or Destination Delivery Unit (DDU) discounts for Standard Mail. To receive these discounts you must have at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds for each ECR or Automation stream. Additionally, mailpieces must be dropped at the qualifying SCF, BMC, or DDU destinations.

There are two ways to enable destination discounts, depending on how you want destinations to be selected.

• Manual Destination Selection allows you to select destinations from a list of all avail­able BMCs and SCFs, set threshold values for each SCF and BMC, and enter DDU sites.
• Automatic Destination Selection allows you to select from a list of qualifying destination sites. Mail Manager 2010 analyzes your list to determine which destinations meet the minimum piece requirements, then allows you to select from the qualifying sites.

You can also manually select threshold values for each SCF and BMC and let Mail Manager 2010 automatically determine the destinations for which your mailing qualifies.
