  Purge Option

The Enhanced Merge / Purge premium option for Mail Manager 2010 allows for multiple list files to be combined into one easy-to-use list. A merge / purge is performed by matching selected fields. Matches can be user-defined or predefined matches created by BCC. The Enhanced Merge / Purge Option allows three types of merge operations: input, suppression, and intersect.

Schemes can be created and saved for repeated use. When a scheme is saved, the details for a specific merge / purge operation may be selected once and that same scheme can be used repeatedly without having to recreate the merge / purge operation. Reports that detail the match selections and the integrity of the files used during the merge / purge process are available to be printed, saved as a text file or in a table format that may be imported as a Mail Manager 2010 list.
