In List View, multiple records are displayed in a table, with each row representing a record and each column representing a field.
List View Features
- List Description (upper left corner) displays the user defined list description.
- Navigator Buttons (across top of window under the title bar) allow for Finding Records, Adding and Modifying Records, Hiding and Unhiding Records, and Save and Cancel Changes.
- Data Fields (below field names) hold data from the list. Each field has a datatype which defines information types that can be entered into a field.
