Creating Lists
There are three ways to create a list:
- Creating Blank list and layout --- No layout is associated with a blank list; you must design one after creating the list.
- Creating a list from a Template --- Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE supply many layouts that can be used or modified. Additionally, any layout you create can be saved as a template for use with other lists.
- Accessing a dBase List (Mail Manager 2010 only) --- You can open a dBase file in Mail Manager 2010 using either a default layout or a Mail Manager 2010 dBase configuration file. All changes made to the list in Mail Manager 2010 will appear in the original dBase file.
Delete Lists
You can use the Delete Lists function to delete specific files associated with a list. Deleted lists and associated files are sent to the recycle bin. If you have a backup copy of the list, you can restore the list at a later time.

Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE allow you to search the Delete Lists window to locate lists based on description, file name, status, or group.
