Container Tags

Container tags are automatically barcoded if required by the type of presort performed,
and if your printer supports barcode printing.

Origin Post Office

Used to look up labeling information. Enter the ZIP Code of the Post Office of mailing.

Mailer/Mailer Location

For First-Class and automated sorts. Mailer name and city can be abbreviated according to guidelines in Publication 65.

Use Origin City and State

(Mail Manager 2010 only)

Uses the city and state associated with the origin ZIP Code.

Omit Barcodes

Omits barcodes from container tags.

Use Information Line

Prints an information line as the last line of the tag.

Reset Container Numbers for each Stream (Mail Manager 2010 LE only)

Restarts the sack or tray number to "1" at the beginning of each new stream (e.g., Auto, Auto SCF, Nonauto).

News

Places “News” on the second line of the sack / tray labels of Periodicals mail.

Trays

Prints Tray tags.

Bags

Prints Sack tags.

Pallets (Mail Manager 2010 only)

Prints Pallet tags.

CR Slips

Prints Carrier Route facing slips.

  Copies

Number of Copies

Indicate number of copies of tags to print.

Collate

Determines the order in which tags are output when printing multiple sets of tags.

  • Collated print order: #1, #2, #3,..., #1, #2, #3...
  • Non-collated print order: #1, #1, #2, #2, #3, #3...

  Printer Info

Name

Allows you to select a printer from the drop-down list. A printer with a Windows driver capable of printing at 240 x 240 resolution or higher is required. Printer information is saved separately for each container type.

Paper

Allows you to select paper size.

Orientation

Allows you to set portrait or landscape orientation.

Source

Identifies which printer tray contains the paper to use to print specified tags.

Print an Identifier Label

Prints a “header” tag at start of each new stream. Tag includes current date, time, list description, and current stream. Automatically printed on BCC TrayMate printers.

North/South order (Mail Manager 2010 only)

Prints tags in order down the page first, then across the page.

Save to Disk (Mail Manager 2010 only)

Saves container tags to text, delimited or dBase file.

Reset Defaults

Enters default settings for Trays and Sacks.

Save Settings

Saves current settings.

Label Dimensions / Page Dimensions

Adjusts label and page dimensions as necessary.

New Page after Each Stream

Prints container tags for each new stream on a new page.

Gap Setting

Indicates how far from tag perforation the image is printed.

Print Contrast

Changes contrast of printing on TrayMate printers.

Sack Top Margin

Indicates top margin for sack tags.

Reset Defaults

Enters default TrayMate settings.

Save Settings

Saves current settings as defaults.
