Delivery Confirmation

Available for First-Class, Priority and Standard mailpieces subject to the residual shape surcharge, and Package Services parcels. It provides information about the date and time a mailpiece was delivered and whether the delivery attempt was successful. Delivery confirmation is only available at the time of mailing. No record is kept at the office of mailing. For more information, see DMM S918.

Signature Confirmation

Available for First-Class Mail, Priority, and Package Services parcels. A delivery record maintained by the USPS is provided by fax or e-mail upon request. The delivery record provides the date and time the mailpiece was delivered or attempted (if delivery was unsuccessful). Selecting this option enables the Package Services and Priority Mail / First-Class Mail Service types. For more information, see DMM S919.

Concatenate ZIP Code

Allows ZIP Code to be concatenated with other Confirm Services information in order to provide a concatenated barcode.

Package ID

The 8-digit Package ID may be specified as an expression.

Customer ID

The 9-digit customer ID may be specified as an expression.
