Mail Manager 2010's Network premium option lets you set up multiple workstations to access 2010 program files and the directory of lists stored on a central server. Lists can be stored on the server or on the individual workstations. Lists can be password protected and user profiles created for each person accessing the program.

Whenever a function such as encoding, creating an index, presorting, hiding records, modifying the layout, or designing labels is performed on a list, that list becomes locked. Other users cannot make changes to records until the function is complete and the list is unlocked.
