About NCOALink

NCOALink is a method of electronically updating lists with Change Of Address (COA) information. NCOALink technology replaces the formats formerly used in NCOA and FASTforward processes, to provides a data set with enhanced security and faster processing.

The NCOALink data set currently contains approximately 160 million records.The NCOALink system identifies individuals, families and businesses who have filed permanent COA forms in the past 18 or 48 months (depending on the level of NCOALink service). This process improves overall mailing accuracy and deliverability.
