For years, USPS® Confirm® mail tracking has provided an important service to efficiency-minded mailers. Now OneCode Confirm™ and the new Intelligent Mail® barcode are opening the door to even greater delivery-monitoring functionality. Track N Trace™, BCC's OneCode Confirm service, channels this advanced technology with unbeatable convenience, flexibility and economy.

Fully integrated into BCC's Mail Manager 2010 / LE software, Track N Trace can be easily used with an already presorted First-Class™, Standard Mail® or Periodical mailing. Once a series of simple onscreen steps are completed, this innovative service assigns a unique ID for each mailpiece and includes that data in the Intelligent Mail barcode that is printed directly on the address labels. (Already in use, the IM™ barcode is expected to replace the USPS POSTNET™ and PLANET® codes in 2009.)

After your mailing drops, Track N Trace collects step-by-step delivery information from postal facilities on the pieces’ delivery paths and maintains that data on a secure Web interface. Reports can be generated or downloaded at your convenience. Closely monitoring the progress of your mailings will help you gauge delivery effectiveness and predict future performance.
