What can Truck Direct Mail save you?

In February, 1991, the US Postal Service implemented postage discount incentives to mailers if they arranged the transportation of their finished & verified mailings at their own cost further down-stream within the postal system. Mailings can be given to the Postal Service in the city they're produced or entered closer to the area the mailing is addressed to. Basically the Postal Service wanted to lower their transportation costs by offering these postage discount incentives.
