button in the Mail Manager 2010 taskbar, and you're on your
way to ensuring maximum postage savings in minimum time.
ALL
SERVICES: Business days (Monday-Friday)
and non-holidays only. Customers will be notified via e-mail
when a file has been received and/or posted for retrieval
on BCC's FTP site. Company must meet invoicing approval
by BCC Finance Department or pay by credit card. BCC will
notify company upon receipt of file if invoice approval
is not met. Mail Manager 2010/LE license must be current
and in good standing.
DSF2 only: Files received
after 5pm EST
will be treated as submitted the next business day.
NCOALink LSP or FSP only: List owners
must have a current copy (submitted within the last year)
of the USPS NCOA Processing Acknowledgment Form on file
with BCC. If expired or not on file, next-day processing
period will begin after receipt of a form via fax at (585)
272-7778. Files/PAF forms must be received by 5pm EST for
next-day service. Files received after 5pm EST will be treated
as submitted the next business day. Files with more than
one million records may require additional processing time.
