BCC Software has been certified by the United States Postal Service® ( USPS®) as a non-exclusive Interface Developer, Interface Distributor and Limited Service Provider for NCOALink technology. With these certifications, BCC now offers NCOALink technology both as a BCC Data Service, with electronic job submission available with a single mouse click from within Mail Manager 2010 software, and as an in-house processing capability via 2010’s MOVE Manager premium options.

A new technology product developed by the Postal Service™, NCOALink provides wider access to the USPS Change of Address (COA) database, using a secure process that enhances the security of COA information. NCOALink allows mailers to update lists with address changes before they are entered into the mail stream.

This proactive Move Update process is the preferred method for satisfying USPS move update requirements when seeking discounts for First-Class Mail®. What’s more, proper use of COA data can speed mailpiece delivery and minimize Undeliverable As Addressed pieces in all mail classes.

One Click Makes All the Difference.
As a BCC Data Service, NCOALink is available to Mail Manager 2010 users in the same “one-click” fashion as such mainstay processes as DSF2™ and LACSLink.

Click the “Create BCC Data Services job” button on the 2010 taskbar, and you’ll be taken through a simple wizard-driven process of selecting the desired process(es), packaging lists for electronic submission, and completing all necessary forms
