Processing Acknowledgement Forms (PAFs)

The United States Postal Service (USPS) requires a new PAF be completed annually for USPS NCOALink services. BCC must have a valid PAF on file for any BCC Data Services you use to update your lists before processing can occur.

Download process-specific PAFs below:

• NCOALink Limited Service Provider (LSP) — For BCC customers who would like to use NCOALink LSP processing (18 months; same-day processing). A new PAF must be completed annually and signed by the list owner and/or broker / agent / list administrator.
• NCOALink Full Service Provider (FSP) — For BCC customers who would like to use NCOALink FSP processing (48 months; next-day processing; includes LACS / DPV). A new PAF must be completed annually and signed by the list owner.

• NCOALink LSP — For BCC customers who would like to use NCOALink processing. This document is referenced in the NCOALink PAF.
