BCC Software Announces Monthly ZIP + 4 Encoding Updates
for Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE

BCC Software Inc, the leading developer of high-performance PC-based software and solutions for professional mailers, announces the availability of monthly ZIP + 4® encoding updates as a premium option for the company’s flagship product, Mail Manager 2010. Beginning March 1, 2003, Mail Manager 2010 users may choose to receive these ZIP + 4 engine database updates on a monthly basis, instead of the standard two-month frequency.

By automatically linking the latest ZIP Code information from the United States Postal Service®, Mail Manager’s ZIP + 4 encoding provides professional mailers with improved deliverability and reduced overall costs. Reading millions of records per hour, Mail Manager 2010 can encode three lines of address and up to three address blocks (depending upon equipment used). Mail Manager 2010’s ZIP + 4 encoding ability also automatically corrects misspelled street names or incorrect city names — further increasing return on investment for the mailer.

BCC’s Mail Manager 2010 is tested by the USPS and exceeds their Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS®) standards for accuracy in postal encoding.

Pricing
The standard ZIP + 4 feature, which provides updates every two months, is included in subscriptions to either Mail Manager 2010 ($3,500 for the initial year; $1,750 per year thereafter) or Mail Manager 2010 LE ($995 per year), a Lite Edition product ideal for occasional mailers. For an additional $400, Mail Manager 2010 users can receive ZIP + 4 updates on a monthly basis.

All purchase prices include one year of BCC’s nationally recognized toll-free telephone support; all software updates (six bi-monthly CDs; other downloads available via Web site); and a Mail Manager 2010 User Guide.
