BCC Software Announces Release of
Mail Manager 2010, Version 2, in April 2002
BCC Software is proud to announce that it has
released Version 2 of Mail Manager 2010 software,
a high performance, PC-based database management
solution. Mail Manager 2010 is USPS CASS
and PAVE Gold certified in 66 categories, provides
postal presort functions, ZIP + 4 encoding, address
standardization, Line of Travel (LOT) data assignments
and automated Move Update processing.
What is Version 2?
Version 2 of Mail Manager 2010 is the culmination
of years of development and incorporates many
new features and enhancements. Many of these
new and improved capabilities have never been
available before in mailing list software programs.
Version 2 will begin shipping in April of 2002.
What's new?
Label Designer --- Now create elaborate mail merge letters and forms,
freely embed graphic images and rich text. The
unique Multi-Layout capability allows users to
output two or more totally different labels within
the same label run. Multi-Layout provides complete
formatting flexibility.
User Defined Reports --- A feature with this design flexibility and usability
has never before been available in a mailing
program. Create reports from scratch or use
the Report Wizard to streamline setup. Reports
can be designed easily by dragging and dropping
the available data-aware components and then
formatting. Design sales reports, invoices,
organization charts ... the possibilities
are endless using User-Defined Reports and
using your list data.
Bulk E-Mail --- If
your lists include e-mail addresses and your
system has a MAPI-compatible e-mail client,
you can now send e-mail broadcasts as easily
as creating a label.
