BCC Software Continues to Grow with New
Appointments
Mailing Software Company Expands to
Meet Demand
for Groundbreaking Solutions
Rochester, NY—BCC Software, the leading
developer of high performance software and solutions
for professional mailers, has expanded its Marketing
team with the addition of Jack Gann, a renowned
expert in the direct marketing industry. BCC has
also promoted Gina Patterson from Customer Support
Representative to Product Manager, and Jim Mann
from Manager of Quality Control to Vice President
of Customer Service.

addition of Jack Gann, along with the promotions
of Gina Patterson and Jim Mann, will aid us as

In his new role as Marketing Analyst, Jack Gann
will be responsible for gathering, assessing, developing
and tracking critical industry information to help
BCC better support customers and continue to build
market share. A valued past member of senior management
teams for several software companies, Jack brings
more than 15 years of direct marketing experience
to BCC Software. Most recently, Jack was founder
and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MaxData
Corporation, a Georgia start-up, where he successfully
developed targeted direct mail programs and “call-mail-call” strategies
to cultivate profitable customers.
As Product Manager, Gina Patterson is responsible
for managing BCC’s entire product line life
cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Gina has worked in various roles within BCC’s
Customer Support, Quality Control, and Documentation
departments over the past six years. She holds
a B.S. degree from Southern Oregon University and
lives in Central Oregon.
Since beginning his BCC career in 1996 as a Customer
Support Technician, Jim Mann has played a key role
in several technical initiatives, including the
initial testing of Mail Manager 2010TM. In his
new role, Jim is responsible for managing all technical
customer support. Jim studied Business Management
at the State University of New York in Brockport,
NY.
