BCC Software Adds MarketSmart Targeted List Rental Services to the User-Exclusive BCC Customer Portal

New service puts frequently updated, customized marketing data at BCC users’ fingertips

Rochester, NY — BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and a leading developer of high-performance solutions for professional mailers, announces the addition of list rental services to the user-exclusive BCC Customer Portal. Now BCC customers can obtain highly targeted business and consumer leads—using a full range of selection criteria—to help their clients better achieve business goals.

The MarketSmart web-based list query and order delivery system is offered in a partnership between BCC and Donnelley Marketing, the largest, original compiler of consumer and business information.

To access these services, BCC customers can logon to https://portal.bccsoftware.com and click the Services tab. From there, simple select screens—offering selections including optimal age range, income, home ownership, home value, NAICS codes, and location—will help them “build” a list that is ideal for their (or their client’s) purposes. Once the generated price quote has been approved, the specified list can be ordered and downloaded.

List procurement is just the latest enhancement to BCC’s Customer Portal. Where’s My MailSM—now integrated into Mail Manager 2010—was the first service addition, followed by the popular Truck Direct Mail drop shipment logistics engine. Unique content and services continue to be added to the Portal, increasing the competitive edge available to BCC customers.
